Join us for our first event of 2026: Into the Body. This is an immersive, 2-hour deep nervous system restoration experience where you will have the chance to unwind, integrate and connect with yourself so you can move into 2026 with clarity, peace and connection. Sweep away the stresses of 2025 and take that step to make space for the new.

This experience weaves together breath, energetic awareness, subtle body work such as Reiki and Spinal Energetics, aromatherapy and dynamic, immersive sound design and soundscapes to help you regulate your nervous system, soften stored tension, and reconnect you with the intelligence that lives within your body and energetic field.
